In January 2008 Pelham House opened the Pelham House Restaurant and Bar.
The restaurant uses the finest locally sourced ingredients to provide simple but delicious menus. You can dine in one of the two most historic rooms of the original house – the Panelled Room and the Garden Room – each providing views over the hotel gardens and the South Downs. The Panelled Room also has magnificent wood carvings which are one of the treasures of the house.
