Fame and Glory wins Ballysax.
Aidan O'Brien's Fame and Glory had to give weight to all his rivals in today's Group 3 Ballysax Stakes at Leopardstown, but the concession did not stop him from easing to a length victory in today's race.
Following the race, O'Brien indicated the Derrinstown Stud Stakes back at Leopardstown may be the next target for his progressive charge.

Having watched Air Chief Marshall defeated in the other maiden on today's Leopardstown card, Aidan O'Brien was cheered by a comprehensive win for Stately Home in the other Maiden race on the card.
Air Chief Marshall swamped by Gold Bubbles.
According to the script, Aidan O'Brien's Air Chief Marshall should have had a clear flight to victory in this afternoon's EBF Maiden at Leopardstown, but Jim Bolger continued his current winning streak when Kevin Manning swooped on Gold Bubbles in the last furlong, and Bolger's charge stayed on well to establish a two and a half length winning margin on the race favourite.
After the victory, Bolger suggested Gold Bubbles would now head for the Group 3 Swordlestown Stakes at Naas.
Lord Shanakill back on track for Guineas run.

Candy believes Amour is a Propre contender.
Henry Candy is a trainer with a long tradition of producing top class sprinters, so when he indicates Amour Propre could be his best ever sprint prospect, we pundits pay attention. News coming out of the Candy yard indicates over the winter the three year old has developed his physique, and now looks like the sprinting 'real deal'.
We will get our first chance to watch Amour Propre in action in the Palace House Stakes at the Newmarket Guineas meeting, and if he lives up to his developing reputation, he could be the one to give the raiding Australian sprinters a run for their money in the Group 1 sprinting contests at the Royal Ascot meeting, particularly as he already has a comprehensive two year old Group winning performance under his belt on the Berkshire track.
Nicholls combination score treble at Naas.
David 'Dandy' Nicholls, and son Adrian combined together exceptionally well at yesterday's Naas meeting, and left with a winning treble to their names.
Under an enterprising ride from Adrian, Inxile made all the running to land the Listed Woodlands Stakes by half a length from fellow british raider Reverence, and this was followed up by wins for Fol Hollow in the Racing In Kildare Handicap, and Joseph Henry in the Summer Barbecue Evening Handicap.
Following yesterday's meeting, a delighted David Nicholls indicated Inxile would continue to raid in Ireland and France for the time being, as he thought the horse still had a lot to learn before taking on his peers in the top british based Group races later in the season.
