Mick hangs up his saddle.

“When your medical advisor tells you, one more fall could kill you, the choice becomes self evident”.

Speaking on behalf of Racingsight, spokesman Edd Francis said, “Mick does not have to prove  himself to anyone. He has been one of the most determined and talented jockeys of his generation. He has brought enjoyment, and not a little financial success to many punters over the years, and we wish him all the best for the future”.
